Max hold handstand/wallstand
10 GHD
Max hold wall sit
5 Box jumps

WoD:

Barbara
5 Rounds. Time each round. Rest exactly 3 minutes between each round.

  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 40 Sit-ups
  • 50 Squats
