Warmup:

10 PVC pass throughs
5 Strict Pullups
10 Jumping Lunges
5 Over the box jumps
10 Unbroken Double Unders or 50 Singles

WoD:

As a group move all the KB’s over to the middle squat stand, lunging.  See how they look. Move them back, lunging.

Then off the clock, form over speed:

30 Windshield Wipers (135/105)
50 Air Squats
50 Pushups
30 Windshield wipers (135/105)
