Warm up:

3 Rounds

3 light turkish getups

5 pvc press to overhead squat

 

WoD:

Work to 3RM Push Press

then:

10 rounds 3x push press at 75% 3RM every 45 seconds

Bonus:

3 Rounds

Overhead carry 40′ 50% of Push Press 3RM

5 Burpees
