A true coach should be able to tell his/her athletes when they are not ready vs. telling them they can do things they have no business of doing. Tell the truth since they already paid you for that. Don’t be a cheerleader!!! (Stolen from Erwin John Tan member at First Step Fitness in Chicago)

Warmup:

3 Rounds

10 Wall balls (20/14)
10 Pull ups (Ring pull ups bonus)
40′ Crab Walk

WoD:

4 Rounds

8 Front Squat @ 60% Body weight
15 Situps

Then with no rest,
1 mile run
