Who is CrossFit for?

We get this question a lot.  Anyone can walk in the door, participate and improve.  We post our daily workout here and each day is scalable.  If a workout calls for a set weight, we will adjust to a safe and comfortable weight for you.

Pullups/Muscle Ups

15 mins AMRAP

15 KB swings

15 Burpees

15 Wall Ball
